| Laser cut implantable muscle electrode, from 25 um thick foil. | Laser patterned prototype micro-fluidics check valve. Valve body is laser cut from polymer, to fit a 100 um glass bead used as the check ball. Multiple laser operations are necessary to machine the precise pattern required for this device.
