FLEX CIRCUIT MANUFACTURING

MicroConnex produces custom high-quality flex circuits and rigid-flex circuits for low to mid-volume applications.

We fabricate a range of circuit designs for our customers that include multi-layer constructions as well as high density circuit designs.

MicroConnex circuits are used in applications where lightweight, ultra-compact design and reliability are critical. Many of the world's top technology companies consider MicroConnex a leading supplier-partner.

MicroConnex uses two state-of-the-art UV lasers (the ESI 5200 and 5330) to provide quick turn laser drilling and laser micro-machining services to a wide variety of customers.

Our thin film lab specializes in deposition of high quality thin films for custom manufacturing and advanced R&D applications.

MicroConnex provides custom R&D services. We are experts in the areas of medical devices, MEMS-scale sensors or actuators, and microelectronics.
