Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer reports to the Engineering manager and is responsible for providing technical support to the manufacturing plant with the goal of improving production yield, capabilities and profitability. Additionally, the Senior Process Engineer may engage with a variety of customers or clients and will be expected to support the company’s business development activities.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends as a foundation for technology and product roadmaps.
- 10 years in engineering or plant operations in a flex circuit fabrication facility, with a minimum 5 in a senior process engineering position.
- Knowledge and experience of processes used for fabricating High Density Flex and rigid-flex Circuits including: Lamination, Imaging, Photo resist technology and Plating,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
